Sunday Chicken

8 oz sour cream
8 chicken breasts
3 TBSP butter
1 pkg dry Italian seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Spoon above mixture over chicken.  Cover and bake at 350 for 3 hours (or crock pot on high for 4 hours or low all day).  Serve with baked potatoes, pour gravy mixture over them from the cooked chicken.
